On 14/04, more than 90 employees of PVC-MS including experts, engineers and workers went to ThaiBinh for hook up and commissioning the topside.
Flowing the plan, ThaiBinh’s topside will be commissioned in 25 days. After the first oil, PVC-MS will continue HUC and handover ThaiBinh WHP to inverstor.

Mr. Tran Vu Phuong, PVC-MS’s Vice Director and Executive Director of ThaiBinh Project has encouraged all employees effort to complete the outstanding tasks assigned. Mr Phuong requested all workers must follow all quality & safety procedures, event the pressure from project progress, cramped work place and working in 24 hours/ 7days for the taget to get the First oil on schedule in the end of June 2015.

By this time, Mr Do Van Cuong, President of PVC-MS’s Labor Union gave flowers and best wishes to the representative of investor PCOSB and PVC-MS employees who will go to ThaiBinh for hook up and commissioning ThaiBinh WHP.
ThaiBinh WHP is in field development project under block 102, about 20km southeast from Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province. The WHP has been invested by Petronas Carigali Overseas Sdn Bhd (PCOSB) and PVC-MS is fabricator. The mission of PVC-MS in this project is engineering, procurement, fabrication, hook up and commissioning. Ensuring progress First Oil for ThaiBinh WHP has very important meaning, contribute the incresing of exploitation for investor and PVN not only 2015 but also subsequent years.
