RC 7 platform is invested by Vietnam - Russia Vietsovpetro Joint Venture, PVC-MS is the manufacturing contractor.
RC 7 topside has three main floors, with total weight of 937 tons, was started construction in March 2011. After 3 months of construction, PVC-MS was carried out nearly 80% of workload. Currently, the main structure is completed, PVC-MS are installing of technology system to mid of August 2011 will handover RC 7 topside to Vietnamese-Russian Vietsovpetro joint venture.
