Petronas Carigali Vietnam Limited (PCVL) is the investor of the 57-million-USD project, including a jacket with 2.350 tons and topside of 2000 tons.. PVC-MS is the general contractor in charge of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC).
Five months after starting construction, PVC-MS has finished the jacket, with high quality, on schedule and absolutely safety.
At present, the topside is urgently implemented. As planned, at the end February 2014, PVC-MS will finish fabrication. The project is expected to begin operating on May 19, 2014.
