This Project’s three main items are jacket and piles, topside and a living quarter module, which are being simultaneously executed.
After eight months of construction, PVC-MS has completed the jacket fabrication and erection of Panel row A, Panel row B and Section D. Currently, PVC-MS has been focusing on boat landing and auxiliary items. The onshore living quarter fabrication schedule is expected to complete on July 15 2016 for handing over to the Client.
The topside’s main decks comprising of Sub-Cellar Deck, Cellar Deck, Intermediate Deck and Main Deck have been completely installed so far. Equipment installation, process piping fabrication & installation, electrical instrument and lighting system installation on the topside have been urgently performing.
The living quarter module with commencement date on January 5, 2016, which is inclusive of four Main Structure Frames (MSF) and a helideck, has been executing by PVC-MS as EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
The Project now goes into peak construction by PVC-MS’s workforce mobilization of nearly 650 labourers. Project management, quality management, supervisions, coordination works and safety activities have been strictly conducted. Su Tu Trang LQP has reached 700.000 hours of safety without LTI so far.
Up to now, the project has completed 51% of work volume, exceeding nearly 12% in comparision with the approved schedule and is expectedly completed on July 30, 2016 for further offshore installation.
