The project was officially started construction since November 2010; with total capital of the first phase is VND 695 billion.
Currently, the processing piling poles of the yard are implemented of Japan advanced technology, with loading capacity 35 tons/m2, bigger 8 times than the normal method.
Area of fabrication factory and corrosion protection covers nearly 4,500 m2. Wharf area is designed to allow loading out super weigh works, which have tonnage of 50 tons/m2, jackets and super long - super weight structures, with a weight of more than 10,000 tons.

PVC-MS has completed the topographical and geological survey, and is fixing piles in the wharf area. Expected in July 2011, the project will be operated. Exploiting Metal fabrication port 23 hectares plays important role for PVC-MS, it helps the company to hold the initiative about logistics base to server big oil-gas projects by domestic and foreign investors.
This project is also the basis for PVC- MS to develop EPC form, striving to master the entire manufacture process of packages requirements high technique.
