The Award was organized by Business Initiative Directions (BID) (www.bid-quality.com).
The International Star for Leadership In Quality (ISLQ) award is designed to recognize outstanding companies and leaders in the business world, who achieve excellence in quality delivery to their clients based on the QC100 Total Quality Management Model.
The award is to honor the leading enterprises in quality management and reward enterprises and organizations, which have good leadership; high achievements and good cooperation in the quality management, technical- technology innovation, customer services, good application of ISO 9001 and TQM (Total Quality management) all over the world. The awards ceremony was held at alternate locations every year in Madrid, New York, Paris, London, Geneva and Frankfurt.
BID collects information from the companies or through consultants, the media, advertising companies, trade fairs, exhibitions, merchants, embassies, votes. Then, the data is analyzed and evaluated by a committee of the Organization for Quality Management World WQC to choose the best companies.

On this occasion, Mr. Quang introduced to the international friends about PVC-MS with over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry construction. In recent years, PVC-MS has assumed the role of general contractor EPC / EPCI / EPCIC and is assessed as one of the leading construction contractor in Vietnam. Mr. Quang also sent messages that PVC-MS desire to cooperate with partners around the world.
