On 29-Mar and 01-Apr-2023, PVC-MS successfully loaded out 2 jackets, JA and KA, of Gallaf 3 Project. The careful and professional load-out work of PVC-MS was highly appreciated by the Investor NOC and the Contractor PTSC M&C.

The two jackets, JA and KA, were part of the Gallaf-3 Project, package 05, AI-Shaheen field, located off the coast of Qatar, the largest offshore oil field in Qatar and one of the largest offshore oil fields in the world. The total weight of the 2 jackets was 4350 tons, of which the weight of JA jacket was 2200 tons and KA jacket was 2150 tons. The JA&KA Gallaf 3 Jacket Project has been implemented since May 2022, being the first international offshore project that PVC-MS has cooperated with leading foreign enterprises in the Middle East oil and gas sector.

With strong capabilities in fabrication, construction of jackets, drilling platforms, and high determination, PVC-MS met the strict requirements of the Investor - the Oil Operator North Oil Company (NOC) - a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and Total (France). Along with close support from the Contractor PTSC M&C, all items of the 2 jackets had been fabricated and installed on schedule, ensuring safe and high-quality construction, delivery, and load-out according to plan.
On 10-Apr-2023, the jackets were sailed away from PVC-MS port, moved to Qatar, and successfully installed on 04-May-2023 at AI-Shaheen field.

In recent years, PVC-MS has continuously expanded its scale and fields of operation, not only in domestic oil and gas technical services but also in cooperation with foreign partners, which has helped PVC-MS gain more experience, enhance capability and competitiveness while opening up many development opportunities for PVC-MS.
