According to the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam), Su Tu Vang Northeast oil fied was put into operation in late last October; Generally, 6 fields have developed and put into operation in 10 months, including Hai Su Trang field (on 19-5) and Hai Su Den (on 19-6), White Rabbit – Tho Trang (on 30-6), West Desaru - Malaysia Block PM 304 (on 02-8), Jupiter (Moc Tinh) well 1 (on 05-08) and Su Tu Vang Northeast (on 30-10).
The total production of oil equivalent in October reached 2.11 million tons, equal to 101% of the month’s target; In general, it reached 21.91 million tons in 10 months, equal to 87% of the annual plan, up 2.3% in comparison with 2012. Production and supply to the national grid in October gained 1.18 billion kWh, equal to 93.4% of the target, and 13.58 billion kWh in 10 months in general, with 98.1% of the annual plan, an increase of 11 , 7% compared to the same period in 2012. Production of fertilizer in October reached 139.600 tons, equal to 100% of the target, in the main it reached 1.32 million tons in 10 months, with 86.6% of the annual plan, a rise of 13.4% over the same period in 2012 (including the Phu My Fertilizer Plant achieved 672.700 tons, Ca Mau fertilizer plant achieved 643,000 tons).
