Accordingly, PVE obtained package providing steel sheets <40mm, worth nearly 38 billion and steel sheet > = 40mm, worth nearly 34 billion (including VAT). The consortium of contractors Phu Dat-Vinh Da obtained packages providing shaped steels H <500mm, more than VND 64.6 billion; and H> = 500mm, more than VND 40,3 billion (including VAT).
These contracts are a part of the package "Package of installation of the mechanical and electrical plant - The Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power plant project ", that PVC is the EPC contractor, with a total value of approximately VND 33 trillion.
PVC-MS is tasked procurement, fabrication and installation of structural steel for turbine house, the control central - The Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power plant project and package of installation turbine/generator of Unit 2 and other ancillary items, worth VND 1.100 billion.
PVC-MS will continue to work closely with their partners to implement the package. It is expected that in August 2014, the company will complete the procurement and installation will be ready in October 2014.
The Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power plant project a national key project in the power sector. It was kicked off on February 2011. The project is in the phase of procurement, processing, fabrication and installation.
