PVC-MS is the fabrication contractors of the project, that the investor is a joint venture of PetroVietnam and OAO Zarubezhneft (Russian Federation), VSP is the operator; the main contractor is Offshore Construction Division (OCD – a member unit of VSP).
BK Thien Ung WHP is a gas and condensate drilling rig, located at Block 04-3, 120m water depth, with the total jacket and topside weight of 15,000 tons, in which the jacket weighs 6330 tons, including jacket, float, ship dock, and water separator tubes.

After 06 months of construction Thien ung WHP Jacket, PVC-MS has completed 45.62% workload, go ahead 9% of schedule. Currently, PVC-MS is focusing on fabrication and erection space of D section, Panel Row 2 Part 2 will be erected on 15th January 2015.
Under the plan, PVC-MS will complete fabrication onshore and handed over the jacket to the investors for offshore installation at the end of May 2015.
