H4 topside project in White Rhinos (Te Giac Trang) mine belongs to Hoang Long JOC are prepared fabrication to welcome the first oil in August 2012.
This project has a total weight of 2200 tons. Hoang Long JOC has been finding a constructor for fabrication H4 topside, PVC-MS has joined the bidding the project.

At the meeting, leaders of PVC-MS presented with the mission about the Company’s capacity in meeting all the requirements for manpower and material resources to manufacture, construction of topside H4 Hoang Long JOC.
Accordingly, with nearly 28 years of experience, PVC-MS has been built hundreds of jackets, topside for foreign and domestic petroleum companies, including the largest projects in Vietnam such as: Big Tiger (Dai Hung) jacket and topside, Jupiter (Moc Tinh) jacket and topside. All these projects are absolutely ensured safety and was highly accessed by the general contractor and investors.
Currently, PVC-MS has over 1,600 staffs and employees, including nearly 300 people having doctorate, master, engineer degree and nearly 500 welders having International certificate.
With this manpower, PVC-MS can be to contract several petroleum big projects at the same time. Especially since the end of 2010, PVC-MS has invested in metal structures and equipment port 23ha at Sao Mai Ben Dinh marine services base (Vungtau City).
Currently, PVC-MS pushes for faster of construction the project for completion it by April 2011 to be ready for fabrication H4 topside projects.
After hearing the report, the mission was to survey in the actual manufacturing work of Moc Tinh rig Project.
After the meeting, the delegation highly appreciated PVC- MS’s Capacity in general and in responding of H4 topside project. The delegation suggested PVC-MS to officially report its capacity to PVN for making a base for consideration to entrust PVC-MS to manufacture H4 Topside.
