In the last year, Enterprise No 1 was tasked with manufacturing and installation of RC7 topside and Moctinh’s jacket. Enterprise No 2 manufactured Moctinh’s topside and Moctinh’s jacket. Moctinh platform is invested by Biendong POC, VSP is the general contractor. RC6 and RC7 are invested by VSP, PVC-MS is general constructor.
Despite facing many difficulties in the production process as the narrow yard, the weather is not favorable, pressure from deadline, especially Moctinh rig is Vietnam's largest platform with strict requires of technology and safety. Those things set many challenges for PVC-MS. However, with the highest spirit of determination, PVC-MS has mobilized skilled labors force to focus the project, to enhance the application many method of controlling and monitoring safety. Thanks to professional project management teams, all works have done to meet the schedule, quality and absolutely safety.
At the workshop, there were many comments referring to the employee should be more initiative, creativity and ability to work in team; The units should focus on training and education on self-discipline, researching, improve academic skills for employees; improve coordination between the parts; improve the quality of team work on safety.
Giving a speech at the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Dinh The, Director of PVC-MS has praised the units, which had many effort to overcome all difficulties to complete the projects. This is very encouraging achievements, significantly contributing to the successful implementation of production tasks in the company’s business 2010 and first six months in 2011.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh The stressed: at present, PVC-MS has been strongly developed, the units are gradually being upgraded and expanded. Therefore, the units need to actively seek new projects. In addition, the enterprises should study to restructure to produce with the most economical and efficient; standardize labor force; have development strategies for each unit in accordance with the general development trend of PVC-MS.
The seminar is an opportunity for employees to review, evaluate and draw useful experiences for themselves to continue new projects with better results.
