The program "When you drink water, remember its source" - Gratitude to heroes, encourage comrades
Over the past year, the PVC-MS Veterans Association has organized various meaningful activities under the spirit of "When you drink water, remember its source." Key highlights include:
• Homeland Journey: Regular visits to martyrs’ memorials to help employees reflect on the nation’s revolutionary history.
• Member Support: Frequent visits to wounded veterans and children of martyrs to provide encouragement.
• Compassion: Providing emotional and financial support to families of deceased members, showcasing the deep bond of "comradeship."

Inspiring to younger generations
Beyond social welfare, the Association focuses on "passing the torch" to younger employees. Through workshops and experience-sharing sessions held in collaboration with the company’s youth unions, veterans serve as a bridge between a heroic past and a productive present. These efforts help young staff understand the value of sacrifice and inspire a sense of responsibility and dedication to the company's sustainable growth.

Development Orientation
End of 2025, the PVC-MS Veterans Association has successfully met its goals by upholding the noble qualities of “Uncle Ho’s Soldiers.” Moving forward, the Association remains committed to being a role model in labor. By contributing their wisdom and experience, members vow to support the long-term success of PVC-MS, PETROCONs, and Petrovietnam, proving worthy of the trust placed in them by the Leadership and all employees of PVC-MS.
