Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS, stock code: PXS) respectfully announces that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will take place at 7:15 AM on Friday, May 22, 2026, at the 4th Floor Hall, PVC-MS, No. 02 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The Meeting will review, discuss, and vote on important matters, including the report on the Board of Management’ activities in 2025 and the plan for 2026, the Company’s business performance report, the Supervisory Board’s report, the audited financial statements for 2025, the proposal on remuneration and allowances for the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board, and the selection of the auditor for the 2026 financial statements.
Shareholders are requested to confirm their attendance or submit an authorization letter before 3:00 PM on May 20, 2026, in accordance with the instructions stated in the invitation letter. Meeting materials are available on the Company’s website under the shareholder information section.
